Welcome to “For the Birds.” Did you know that birds are important for our ecosystem, culture and recreation? Birds help our ecosystem by providing food for other birds and larger mammals. Some birds eat rodents and insects, and they help spread seeds. Many countries in the world have birds as their national symbol. Also, many people like to go out and look for birds for fun.

This game was developed for two purposes. It was developed with young children and their parents in mind. All age groups can play the same game and experience challenges appropriate to their age. Secondly, we chose birds because they are so important to our ecosystem. We wanted to create a game where children and adults would learn about the natural world around them. As a result of that learning, we hoped people would go out to explore and protect their natural world.

This game uses paper. One additional goal for this game is to print it on recycled paper. Please help support this game so we can make the switch to a more environmentally friendly product.
