- Games For the Mind (GFM) was founded in
November 1998 by Walter and Steven Poelzing in a two bedroom apartment
in Cleveland, Ohio. Their first game, Chobolo, was a
customizable board game. It was the first game to allow complete
customization of the game board and characters.
- The majority of games produced by GFM are
designed by Steven Poelzing. The oldest games in the GFM arsenal are the
Party Conversations. Steve wrote his
first live action role playing game in 1994. Now there are 10 games in
the queue for production. Games For the
Mind plans to release a new Party
Conversations game each half year.

- Unfortunately, we
DO NOT ACCEPT GAME SUBMISSIONS. We have quite a few
backlogged games of our own we haven't produced yet. Please do not be
offended if we do not return your e-mails for game submissions.
