It’s a Halloween party at Dr. Clowny’s house. He only invited his closest friends, but none of them showed up. Instead everyone else in the living and dead world came to celebrate the joyous holiday of Halloween. Each person seems to be wrapped up in his or her own hilarious and complicated problems ranging from getting out of hell, to simply getting laid.
